Hamaya is an urban spa whose purpose is to provide an international level wellness experience in the context of Jayanata Beauty Plaza, a five-story building entirely dedicated to women and beauty. The austere elegance of remote convents and hermitages, women-only buildings of the past, set the tone and type of atmosphere for the new project. Every single space is organized around the iconic presence of outdoor elements. Skylights, green walls, waterfalls and fireplaces contribute to generating a reinvigorating awareness of nature. The design is inspired by the idea of finding a balance between highly efficient interior materials with textures and three-dimensional surfaces that suggest a stimulating set-up on a sensory level.
