A spacy three-room apartment with the area of 108 m squared after redevelopment acquired 2 separate bedrooms (adult and children) and a kitchen/dining room/ living room with the combined measurements of 36 m squared.
The apartment contains 2 bathrooms and a hall with the measurements of 17 m squared, where roomy built in closets are located until the very ceiling. Thanks to the picked out color scheme the entire space is permeated with color and warmth – delightful nuances— crème, vanilla, milky colors are skillfully blended together into a noble, natural wood and elegant grey.
Built in snow-white kitchen lights are put up with the help of the ceiling track lighting fixtures, above the dining room zone with a white table and chairs where a composition of hanging lighting fixtures are located.
A huge couch-island is comfortably located in the center of the studio and gives access to use it in different directions, drowning in its soft embrace you can admire a breath taking view from the panoramic windows. To avoid cluttering up the windows in the project floor convectors were used.
A cozy bedroom is located after the sliding partition, formalized with the help of original vertical reeds. Beside the bed with a soft headboard and a large built in closet, it was here that space was found for two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table.
The master bathroom, contained space for the bathtub and a shower cabin, which withstood everything in the same elegant and delightful look of the color scheme— noble grey, snow-white plumbing Antonio Lupi, beauty and functionality here in perfect harmony.
A lot of air and colors, simple, and at the same time functionality of the interior will bring joy to the owners for many years to come.
