The proposal develops mainly the intention to improve the functional conditions of the apartment, as also aspires to transform the esthetic quality in the concerns of the comfort pardoned that evolves a more contemporary form of living.

                   The place as areas that can validate with a lot of reasonability the several purposes of itch one, despite we can say that with a new look to same of the functional connections, the area will gain a much more attractive dynamic as also it can evidence with a lot more of serenity the physical connections between separated spaces, like the kitchen and the room, mainly the dining-room.

                   By the other hand, the redefinition of some spaces can impute a bigger rationalization and optimization, downloading dead areas and making disappear some programmatic inadequacy.

The proposed changes are:

1. demolition of several interior walls achieving a bigger connection between entry, kitchen and living room and at the same time a bigger connection between bedroom, dress room and restroom

2. new ceilings including the redraw of several elements like lightning and ventilation moldings

3. introduction of new carpentry with panels and wardrobes instead of brickwork walls

4. improvement of the bathroom and creation of a new bathroom, to impress

5. Execution of new pavements, finishing’s and paints, kitchen equipment’s, etc...

This measure’s aspire to, like i said before, increase the comfort of this areas, clarifying them and transforming them into good motives to inspire a new life that will occur from this moment forward.
