Il lavoro, commissionato dalla Camera di Commercio di Venezia, ha riguardato: l’analisi della consistenza attuale; lo stato di conservazione; il valore e l’utilizzazione delle strutture. L’obbiettivo è quello di costruire scenari evolutivi che, partendo dalla natura dei luoghi e dal patrimonio disponibile, sono in grado di valorizzare appieno le risorse storiche, culturali, ambientali e di interpretarne le potenzialità.

The work has been commissioned by the Venice Chamber of Commerce. The following aspects were involved: the analysis of the current building consistency; the state of preservation; the value and use of the buildings.
The aim of this work is to start thinking the basis of possible evolutionary scenarios that will be able to enhance the historical, cultural and environmental local existing resources, in order to understand its potentials, and considering the nature of the sites and the available heritage as a starting point.
