The Cs House is placed on a plot in 2 levels, long but narrow, which is accessed by its north side.
As a condition of the project we had, on the north side, at a height of 3 meters above the ground level, the views of the “Sierra Calderona” mountain, while the East and West sides were occupied by other plots, leaving the south view free of obstacles.
The idea is to "occupy" the plot with a series of volumes, colonizing the plot in its longitudinal axis, being placed in such a way that all the spaces have double ventilation. This double glazing makes possible the viewing of the whole plot from the access to its final limit, where the outdoor pool is located.

This are the spaces of the house:
Basement: Garage, living room, bedroom with bathroom, indoor swimming pool and technical room.
Ground floor: Guest room, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and living room.
First floor: 2 bedrooms with bathroom and master bedroom with “in suite” bathroom and dressing room.

The intention is to relate all spaces with each other, both externally and internally, including the basement level. That´s the reason why the volumes are distributed around a “patio” that lets the garden to enter the house, seeming to be infinite thanks to its visual relationship.

The materials used in the building are glass, limestone, and corten steel, both of them visually related by the use of a similar cutting pattern.

La casa CS se sitúa en una parcela en 2 niveles, alargada pero a su vez estrecha, a la que se accede por su lado norte.

Como condicionante de proyecto teníamos que, en el lado norte, a una altura de 3 metros sobre la rasante del terreno, se abrían las vistas hacia la Sierra Calderona, mientras que los lados Este y Oeste lindaban con otras parcelas, quedando el lado sur libre de obstáculos.

La idea es “ocupar” la parcela con una serie de volúmenes, de forma que la colonicen en su eje longitudinal, situándose de tal forma que todos los espacios tengan doble ventilación, lo que provoca el disfrute de toda la parcela desde el acceso hasta el límite final, que es donde se sitúa la piscina exterior.

El programa de la vivienda es el siguiente:
Sótano: Garaje, sala, habitación con baño, piscine interior y cuarto técnico.
Planta baja: Habitación de invitados, baño, cocina, lavadero y salon.
Planta 1: 2 habitaciones con baño y habitación principal con baño en suite y vestidor.

La intención es relacionar todos los espacios entre sí, tanto exterior como interiormente, incluido el nivel sótano. Para ello los volúmenes se van distribuyendo entorno a un patio que permite al jardín entrar en la casa, pareciendo esta infinita gracias a su relación visual.

Los materiales empleados son el vidrio, la piedra caliza, y el acero corten, relacionándose ambos mediante un despiece similar.
