saee restaurant & carwash has been located at valiasr street,in front of saee park.this bulding has 4 floors which has installations & sevices in basement floor,carwash & car exhibition in ground floor, restaurant in first floor & office in roof top.
the first floor (restaurant) comes out of the facade from building form & rotated to Saee park view.we have stone & wood in our facade & champagne color for windows' profile.the main facade is east facade that you can realize the function which located in each floor from outside,the other facade is west facade that designed by linear windows which controls west day light.
