This Single house design takes advantage about the client request: a honest, safety feel and relaxed design, so, simple program, simple structure, no colors just white paint, few windows are seen from the outside, just the rear facade is totally open to the family garden, the reticulate that gives shape and proportion to the house is 60x60cm, to give a certain sense of safety we tested a distance from the entrance to the main door is 2.7 times the father's height and main door to start stairs as well. Materials used are approved by Mexican norms and norms for sustainable housing like thermal ceramic structural block, waterproofing and paintings with LEED credit 4.1 & 5, Thermal exterior plaster covering Termolita Aislamuro, Holcim concrete because of carbon footprint reduction manufacture process.
