In this classical house, Jo-a integrates a contemporary staircase made of steel and wood.

Installed between curved walls, a great laser cut steel structure plays the role of spine of the staircase. All around, each wooden step is fixed to the structure and the wall.

The integration with the more classical staircase downstairs is perfect and the technic of laser cut used allows to get a very light structure.
