An impressive bookshelf and desk
With its very high ceilings, Marilyn’s drawing room – dining room was not easy to reorganise.
The size of the room was not very big and Marilyn wanted to create a large storage area that makes the best use of the height of the ceiling without overcrowding the room.
For Marilyn, Jo-a created a lightweight desk-bookshelf set.
The closed spaces alternate with book shelves.
The different levels and the play between the open and closed spaces form an organic composition that covers the walls without weighing on the space.
