An apartment of large spaces and heights with a single bedroom. The divided program gives flexibility to the use of each space, being able to use it independently.
The project combines extremely sober finishes, such as cement and plaster, with some finer pieces such as wooden doors and terrazzo decks, generating a tension between these materials, in order to return them to their purest conditions.
