The whole apartment had only been inhabited for about 22 years, but nothing was done on the infrastructure or other modernization or repairs. After the planning we began with the careful restoration of the individual elements, doors and stucco and baths. In the course of about 10 months pre-planning and the implementation then of about 3 months we have released a small treasure, which is flooded with light and very appealing to the people living there. The floors as well as all walls, the stucco and the electrics were completely reworked, a lot of fixtures followed the design plan. The apartment has really become a dream for a lovely family.
