Located on a corner block within 150m from two beaches this holiday house takes full advantage of its location.  The block is an awkward triangle, with a small view down two streets, surrounded by older 2 storey dwellings.  The designs started off with the question, "I wonder what the view would be like from up there?"

Working with Council, approval was received for a Modern two storey holiday home with a roof terrace.  The home maximises glazing on the Northern side, uses picture windows to frame views on the southern side, and opens up onto a roof terrace with uninterrupted 360 degree views of ocean and hinterlands.

Completing the scheme is an integrated grannyflat offering the owners a secondary income with a permanent rental.
