The aim of the project is to achieve office, production and living facilities integration to meet the demands of the new generation IT business.
In the Office Loft Studio area, all the individual office buildings are closely connected as a whole by their spatial relationship. Each building can be used either as a corporate headquarter or business exclusive single/multi-layer office space. The Education Big Data Office Building includes three connected tower buildings, representing the primary, intermediate and advanced education blocks. Apartment SOHO provides accommodation for the park employees, and it is also a place of work and business establishment for the youth. Next to SOHO apartments, the school provides more support for the lifting of the offspring of employees. Zen Hotel provides a quite but elegant space for the guests.
