The developers will be creating a pedestrian-friendly environment with a public plaza and gardens along with street-level retail and dining. A restaurant and bar will be located on top of the tower. The high-rise will be situated in the core of downtown Tampa and will be a short walk to ther arts district and a planned light rail station.
