The project which consists of three buildings, each containing two duplexes is destined for the city area of Rome named “Portonaccio”.
This is a high intensity residential area bordering the University “La Sapienza” area and the goods dispatch zone of the Central “Termini” Railway Station.
The appartament are designed for a young couple with two children. The first level is composed with living room, dining room, kitchen and a winter garden which is open toward the courtyard so that the interior and the courtyard becomes a single continuous room. At the same time the young family can have a small garden into the house, where to play, to relax ..ect.
The study of the plan, of the prospects conceived at the same time as the building materials to be used has led to a construction based on green principles
