An old and traditional house from the village of Aravaca, in wich the intention was to preserve the traditional aspect. All elements and materials were maintained on the street facade
Inside, to the small yard that we understood as another room of the house, all the living spaces appear with big windows, the same levels of floors and ceilings, like a continuum from the interior
The simplicity in materials and spaces was the key to this single family home
