The RELAX Light is a skilful combination of elegant light and highly effective acoustic absorber. Like elegant flying objects, the charming RELAX Lights colonise the interior space and swallow up anything loud or uncomfortable. The class A acoustic absorbers, which are flush with the light ring, neutralise almost 100% of sounds in the frequency range of the human voice. The circular acoustic element, with a surface of the finest merino wool surrounded by a ring of up and down light LEDs, is hung from delicate steel cables. Hundreds of possible variations can be chosen from 36 colours of fabric, the aluminium surface, as well as a choice of four different diameters (from 76 cm to 136 cm). The timeless RELAX Light can be set up within any architecture as an attractive individual light or an entire swarm arrangement of lights. RELAX
Light is the result of a collaboration between Nina Mair, specialist in acoustics YDOL, and partner for lighting technology planlicht.
