General Introduction Returning from a visit that I had the opportunity to effect in the archaeological site of Persepoli I was strongly impressed by the power and majesty of the ruins of the Building of Dario, over that from the geometric perfection of the planimetrical elements constitutive of the site, stamped on rigorous geometric figures on which detaches, particularly, the square form, brought almost as a modular system. Nevertheless I was touched by the preciousness of the details both of the buildings and the human figures of the bas-reliefs and the statues typical of the achemenide culture. Such concepts and impressions, shared under various aspects, also from the other components of the group, served as substratum, in the elaboration of the progettual phase of the building of this contest. The project develops on a square modular formulation both in the volumes and the planimetry .The all is conceived as object "particular" to protect and to preserve under a glass.That gives the idea of the “double skin” that seems very opportune, in this case as further defense and isolation from the temperature and from the noises, present in preponderant way in the city of Teheran.The result of this planning, wants to be, therefore, the whole of these impressions, that is a contemporary building that takes back some peculiarities of the Persian tradition transfigured by the modern technologies of construction. Technical Report The whole complex insists on an area of 1500 m2 of which 300 to green area and 1200 occupied by the building.The'>building.The sup.clean of the plans out earth amounts for the commercial part to 2.164 m2, for the directional part to 3610m2 and 587 m2 for the residential partFor the four under ground floors the disposition surface is of 3.995m2 for the car parking; for the store of 345 m2 for the technical places of 220m2. • The building develops on eight floors out earth and four underground; the struc ture is constituted by three-dimensionalmetallic looms right to furnish the resistances suitable to the loads of the project the metallic pillars are of circular section, the diameter and the thickness vary along the height of the building.The'>building.The provided floors are of the type “slab” in ferro-concrete collaborating with metallic plate. The horizontal and vertical scismic actions , according to the value of acceleration of project equal to 0,35 gs, are absorbed by the looms them selves and by diagonal elements of façade that act as a stiffening structure of the building against earthquakes.The stage of foundation is realized in ferro-concrete as the walls (diaphragms) against earth of the underground plans. •The thermic plant, in the first underground floor , will be a place used for the lodging of the systems of generation of the heat and exchange as well as of the systems of pumping of the thermic-vector fluid.In the thermic plant there will be besides a system of thermic-regolation , that will provide to a harmonious operation of the various equipments always guaranteeing an optimal operation and an elevated surrender.As regards the heating and air conditioning of the whole system, the plant, that will serve the zones in proximity of the external glass door, will be of the type to all-air, with immission of the air from the lower part and resumption from the tall one; the flow will be at low speed and of laminar type grazing on the glass doors.The whole remaining part of the complex will be served by a plant of climatization with direct expansion (to water), since there will be a battery of deumidification fed to refrigerated or heated water and integrated by a radiant plant to floor. • The sanitary waterwork will be separated in zones individualized to groups of services, enslaved to single collectors of distribution. Besides the plant will be endowed with a net of ricircolo of sanitary water with the purpose to reduce the wastes and the times of distribution of the warm water. • Necessary electric energy will be, for the big part, furnished by a photovoltaic plant, set on the coverage, of the power of peak of around 35Kwp and from 10 "solar towers "of the power of 75 Kwp. In such way ,can be avoided, the issue in atmosphere of around 63.800 kg. a year of carbonic (CO2) anhydride.
