1940's home transformed. Doubled in size with the addition of 1000 square feet and a pool and spa. The new addition consists of 700 square feet added to the 1st floor expanding our living and master bedroom and a 200 square feet office and half bath with a balcony on the 2nd floor.
A series of pitched roofs define this addition, creating a new look in the back yard. The balcony is oriented east/west to have a view of our magnificent sunrise and sunset. The balcony's protrusion reaches toward our 50 foot tall Redwood Tree in the backyard. Our edge less lap pool and spa is designed on the axis of the master bedroom.
