The shaping and composition of the property were dominated by two factors. On one hand the need to adapt the project to an existing slope; on the other hand the goal to face each floor towards the best views that the plot would enable.

In order to allow the maximum amount of natural light into the property the first floor was pushed back for the creation of interior patios in the basement area. Additionally the roof was elevated to create a skylight running around the whole floor.
