Urban Chalet | Vignales Roger Damian

This 3-story recently-built (2005) 8-unit condo block has two units on the top floor, each with its own private terrasse on the roof overlooking the downtown area, the mountain, and the East end of the city.

The original open concept living area was modified to create a semi-open office area by building a wall between the living room and the suggested 2nd bedroom area.

For this project the designer covered all of the walls throughout the condo with Benjamin Moore Aura Seashell and applied BM Deep Space (grey) for all of the doors and frames, both in Eggshell finish.

For the bedroom, the ceiling was painted with BM Stone Brown in a matte finish. The bamboo walpaper was installed by the previous owner and worked well with the bedroom’s Southeast Asian theme.
