This latest entry into the Melman’s Lettuce Entertain You restaurant empire takes its starpower from the RPM monogram (Rancic of television’s Giuliana & Bill, noted chef Doug Psaltis and the Melman restauranteur family). Located in the trendy River North neighborhood, the voluminous 8,000-square foot space features a 100-seat lounge with an adjoining 120-seat dining area juxtaposed behind elegant slices of lighted cream walls. Architect-of-Record Chipman Design participated on this project whose development was chronicled on Bravo TV’s Giuliana & Bill reality show.
