This 130 sqm. Apartment renovation in Kfar Saba, Israel.

The customer, who often hosts her extended family requested a spacious bedroom, a guest room for her grandchildren who visit her, a study room and a large accommodation space which includes a living room and a big dining table.

The opening figures of the apartment were good: Facing south west, large openings and lots of natural light that fills the house.

The customer asked for a welcoming and pleasant home yet practical that suits her needs.

When entering the apartment, we are exposed to its main hall: A living room with two large display cases with an exit to a balcony overlooking a typical urban landscape.

In the guest rooms, we used a pleasant color palette, with bright colors such as oak shades parquet background for the carpentry items.

In the main space, we used stronger colors like black and gray on a white background kitchen.

The dining and TV area walls are covered with three-dimensional tiles made by "Itai Bar-On." In the columns on both sides of the TV bent tiles were added that contain a pleasant lighting atmosphere.

The kitchen was designed with bright colors combined with tall veneer cabinets. The dominant color is white because it was important to balance the dark colors in the main hall.

Down the hall, a room that was transformed into home office is located. As an academy member the customer requested a comfortable workspace that can accommodate hundreds of books and still allow room for a pleasant and spacious seating.

Posters of the Italian company NIDI (Http://www.nidi.it/eng/) which were acquired in Milan, were framed and hung in the grandchildren room.

At the end of the corridor – is where the master bedroom is located.  the room is designed as a boutique hotel suite and therefore, as part of changes that were made, a closet room and bathroom were cancelled which created a large space that was used for a large wardrobe along the wall (4.3 meters) with a combination of a low wall separating the bed to the closet.
