The proposed project maintains the positions of the service areas (bathrooms and kitchen) unchanged, to simplify the plumbing and electrical wiring but it completely changes the look and the sequence of the spaces. The living area is separated from the sleeping area by the living room. The entrance, the living room, the dining area and the kitchen, all of them enjoy the light of the sequence of five tall windows, allowing a completely free view of the space along the entire length of the wall. These spaces are all joined together, but separated by the furniture, by the change of the level of the floor, by a sliding wall and a different flooring for the kitchen. The two bathrooms are characterized by volumetric elements, where the shower and the bath-tub are built in, and they obtain their identity and elegance thanks to the choice of hot-cold chromatic differences.
