The buildability, the maximum height allowed (B + 4) and the low depth of the building, forced a horizontal construction along the entire exterior alignment. Urban planning regulations did not assign tertiary use on the ground floor.

The design of houses on the ground floor with attractive and functional features for the families has perhaps been the key challenge of the project. The solution consists in the use of the duplex typology in the ground floor and the first floor, and two dwellings enjoying two orientations in each floor and communications center in the second and fourth floors.

The facades of the building are flat and the windows reflect the use of the units they serve, although those facing north are of smaller dimensions.

At the back of the building there is a generous private urbanization consisting of landscaped walks, playgrounds and a swimming pool with its changing rooms closed by a prism covered with a high density composite board.
