This Bell-etage apartment occupies the entire first floor of a beautiful villa in Vienna’s 19th district and was completely redesigned.

Since it is a rented property, structural changes were hardly possible. Only a new cabinet stands like a monolith in decent grey between bedroom and guestroom. By opening two huge doors, which are mirrored on the inside, the guest room can be transformed into a stately dressing room in no time.

The entrance area, the central dining room and study, the living room, and the bedroom were furnished with high-quality and predominantly Italian products. The colour concept, with its light grey, blue, and sand tones is tailored precisely to the client’s wishes.
