On a plot of 1000 sqm we built a House for a family with 3 children
The owners, pet lovers, have a large number of dogs and cats who were an integral part of the occupants
In addition, the homeowners are antique collectors and a long list of objects and furniture, collected during the years, were part of the planning program.
The building has two floors and a basement
We built the main building like a cube of 2 floors with a tiled roof. The central cube is surrounded by a one floor structure that is closely linked with what is happening outside.
This structure contains an entrance porch, kitchen and the master bedroom
The close relationship between the inside and the outside was a major issue in the plan.
It allows a strong contact with the animal, and the swimming pool.
In order to have a low maintenance to the house, we carefully chose the right materials.
Most of the ground floor and the yard were paved with terra-cotta tiles bought in Italy, matching the character of the house
