In the city center, but surrounded by greenery, a building that is an expression of modern architecture. Ten residences designed each with characteristics of uniqueness and originality. Balconies, terraces, patios, gardens and glass surfaces are elements that give a real feeling of well-being. The building consists of three volumes, of different height and dimensions, articulated around the body that contains the vertical connections.
The project, in collaboration with the DelBoca studio, was commissioned by the company Montanari Costruzioni srl of Fidenza (PR), promoter and executor of the work, which aimed at the highest levels of safety, design, architecture, living comfort and energy efficiency. The project has been rewarded with various awards, including the Viessmann 2013 Ideas Competition, and has achieved the certification of Passive House and Active House by PHI Italia and ActiveHouse Italia and also the Multiconfort Saint Gobain qualification.
