This project promotes the rebirth of the Sainte Catherine neighborhood, providing a multifunctional parcel: shops on the ground floor, a rest home on the two intermediate floors and apartments for disabled people on the top. The concept takes place to preserve the ancient reservoir, to maintain a visual connection with the river from the inner space and to reduce vehicles transit, encouraging the creation of green and pedestrian spaces.
