The plot is located in an important part of the city center in Mons, Belgium. The Building is sourrounded by two important street whom create a lot of noise. The main idea of the project is to create peacefulness and cosiness for the inhabitant. this ensemble has a huge diversity of people with different type of housing, studio, student housing and 2-3 bedrooms apartment. The comunity is sharing study room, bicycle storage, cinema room, shop and a function room in which one you can host 80 people.

The building is mainly build with reinforced concrete. The façade are covered with roughcast and black zinc. Many facade are oriented West, to avoid a overheating, Some outside protection are needed. This problem is solved by creating an intecative façade who can be entirely closed with steel panel. these one will partially stopped the sun.
