Duplex House Y/F | Gianpaolo Nogarole

Individually planned and designed family residences. Each house has been designed according to the very individual needs of the owners.

It also was very important, not to develop a standard duplex house project like thousands of others, but to underline the unique character of the families living in these houses. 

One focus was the energy efficiency of the building and the sustainability. Equipped with a ventilation system and a heat exchanger for the exhaust air, it is heated through a local heat network which has been installed recently in the near and direct neighbourhood.  We also reduced polystyrol materials to a minimum (only used under the base plate) . The main insulation consist in wood fibre insulation and in mineral wool.  

Beside of the high construction standard, we were able to keep the costs as low as possible, without lacking in quality.
