Transforming the top floor of a sixties residential building into a modern living flat for a retired couple was a great opportunity to demonstrate my capability and ability as an architect. The project accommodates a large open space including a kitchen, dining space and living room that opens directly on a 50sqm roof terrace that overlooks Tel Aviv.
The view is mesmerising and for that reason it was important for me that every room has at least 2 windows facing different directions, to allow the outside view to penetrate the space within.
