Alterations to a Federation house.

Many original features had been covered or removed by previous owners.

The external works included replacing the external brick skin, sunroom cladding, some windows and the chimneys to match the original house. The original gable end and timber porch details were exposed.

Internally, new wall openings allow light to the living areas whilst retaining the character of the rooms. A contemporary kitchen, bathrooms and fixtures were provided.

Award: Commendation 2007 Mosman Good Design Awards Heritage Conservation.
