Fonelab, a Toronto based startup approached Designstead to bring to life a smart phone and device repair lab complemented by a full gamut of accessories and personalization services.

The overall marketing message of “Help and Support You Can Count on. When You Need It” required the creation of an approachable environment to support an enjoyable customer experience.

From naming to logo generation and store design, as fully integral design partners, the consultants focused on a clean, clear and concise aesthetic. Design gestures, from layout to lab, furniture, lighting, fixtures and environmental graphics were all conceived to be organized and simple. The design language suggests efficiency with no fuss. A modern palette of white, grey and light wood pops to life with the use of the complementary brand palette of orange and blue. Combined the elements create an energy in the space while making the environment eye-catching and approachable.
