The court wants to be a monument. An event in the district, directly on the street. A new aesthetic, inspired by the agricultural architecture of Manouba without outdated formalism. But noble and suitable materials. A slight slope access: Justice at the urban level. A sober volume, simple and homogeneous. A trapeze encompassing a square. A first opaque and safe mass continues in a light structure that protects the upper levels. A clear organization around a central planted patio. It merges light and organizes the circulations. Associated with the external light structure and vegetated space on the 1st floor, it tempers the atmosphere and contributes to environmental qualities of the project. Offices withdrawals at higher levels, other functions (public, archives, detainees access) down. Separate and distinct flows. The geotechnical study provides a building without a basement, we propose a mezzanine, necessary to meet the surfaces of the program and comply with planning constraints.
