Located in the new area of West Bay, the Rayaan Palace Hotel occupies one of the 48 floors Twin Towers, while the other was planned for housing offices. 

According to the trendy soul of the operator, the design is extremely modern and make extensive use of strong accent color, something not familiar to Lorenzo Bellini, generally oriented to neutral palette.

The hotel, actually under construction, will house 290 guestrooms and 52 Suites, 98 serviced apartments and four luxurious grand suites located at the top floors.

Particular attention was dedicated to the Food & Beverage, since the hotel is equipped with 5 restaurants located at the ground floor : the sophisticated Asian Restaurant, the traditional Italian Trattoria  connected with the Vineria,  the 24 hours Levantine Café ,  the cool Rugby Man Pub.

The hotel is provided with a unique Conference Center whose Ball Room can accommodate up to  2000 people, while the entire 3rd floor will house a luxury SPA & Fitness Center with outdoor swimming pool and bar.
