Opened in 2009 the hotel take great advantage of the exclusive beachfront location dominating the Adriatic Sea.
The project includes the renovation of four existing buildings and the construction of a new central element: the four existing blocks, housing 382 rooms, were connected through a huge 3 level building gathering the public areas.
The hotel , apparently a seaside resort hotel provided with whatever sport facilities, soon reveals his real identity of multitasking hotel provided with a prestigious Conefernce Center, a Casino and a private marina. Other facilities:

- 3 Bar
- A congress center with 8 wide meeting rooms, with a total surface of approximately 28,000 sq.m. a part of which are often used as a ballroom.
