MIX OF STYLES
The four newly renovated apartments "Wohnzimmer" in the center of Bozen / Bolzano (I) are located in the immediate vicinity of the arcades and the famous fruit market. The mixture of diverse reminiscences from the old apartments, some old, restored
furniture and modern accessories define the particular vintage style of the apartments. They are equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom and can accommodate up to four people.

COLOR ACCENT
The newly furnished apartments are bright and friendly, everything looks clear and tidy. Each apartment offers a simple design, white is used as the dominant tone for walls, ceilings and floors. Colored textiles, furniture, wallpaper and paintings give each apartment an individual touch, dominated by a sensitive “touch of colour” that gives identity and charme.

OLD & NEW
The architecture was purposely reduced to essentials, it provides a simple framework for functional, skillfully illustrated furnishings: a mix of existing, restored and re-designed furniture and decorations, giving a sense of “lost and found” towards a series of reused and recycled antiques.

STILMIX
Die vier neu renovierten Apartments „Wohnzimmer“ im Zentrum von Bozen liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Lauben und dem berühmten Bozner Obstmarkt. Die Mischung aus vielfältigen Reminiszenzen aus den alten Wohnungen, teilweise restaurierten Originalmöbeln und modernen Accessoires macht den besonderen Stil der Wohnungen aus.
Die zu vermietenden Apartments sind mit einer Küchenzeile und einem Bad ausgestattet
und bieten bis zu vier Personen Platz.

FARBLICHE AKZENTE
Die neu eingerichteten Apartments sind hell und freundlich, alles wirkt klar und aufgeräumt. Jede Wohnung besticht durch schlichtes Design, Weiß wird als dominierender Grundton für Wände, Decken und teilweise auch für Fußböden eingesetzt. Textilien, Möbel, Tapeten und Anstriche in jeweils einem Farbton geben jeder Wohnung eine persönliche Note. In den Räumen stehen wenige Objekte, doch keines drängt sich in den Vordergrund.

Bewusst wird die Architektur reduziert, sie bildet einen schlichten Rahmen für die funktionalen, gekonnt in Szene gesetzten Einrichtungsgegenstände: ein Mix aus bestehenden, restaurierten und neu designten Möbeln und Dekorationen.

MIX DI STILI
I quattro appartamenti "Wohnzimmer" appena ristrutturati si trovano nel cuore di Bolzano nelle immediate vicinanze dei portici e della famosa piazza erbe. Il mix di tracce lasciate dai vecchi spazi, di alcuni mobili sia originali che restaurati e accessori moderni, conferisce un particolare stile agli appartamenti. Gli appartamenti affittabili sono dotati di un angolo cottura e un bagno e possono ospitare fino a quattro persone.

ENFATIZZAZIONE DEI COLORI
Gli appartamenti sono luminosi e accoglienti, risultando in spazi chiari e ordinati. Ogni appartamento è caratterizzato da un design semplice, il colore bianco è usato come tono dominante per pareti, soffitti e in parte anche per i pavimenti. Tessuti, mobili, carta da parati e pitture colorate danno ad ogni appartamento un tocco personale.

VECCHIO E NUOVO
L'architettura viene consapevolmente ridotta e crea una semplice cornice per un arredamento funzionale: un mix di mobili e decorazioni esistenti, restaurati e nuovi. Tavoli e sedie esistenti sono stati dipinti di bianco, altri semplicemente puliti facendo riemergere le superfici originali. Vecchie travi sono state trasformate in un mobile per il lavabo e in una cornice per lo specchio. Una vecchia porta e dei ganci si sono trasformati in una guardaroba. Le nuove lampade e il nuovo angolo cottura danno infine un tocco moderno.
