The first project is structured around three courtyards, one to the front, linking the access to an atrium with amphitheater form open to the public space, toward the bottom with the courtyard of sun that is unfolded between the tile floor of the terrace and the tiers of the deck, bound this last one, to the interior space that contains the covered swimming pool, the Spa, the gym and the MUS. These elements, in their group, they were thought and designed to disarticulate the presence of an absence, of the virtual limits imposed by the urban plot, and particularly a perpetual real servitude, and the visual of the against front of the building Great Sea that restrict in general and they configure a form peculiar to this typology of housings.
