EN - Since the summer of 2015, roughly 80 Thonet chairs and armchairs have decorated Castelbrac, the new five-star luxury hotel in the traditional bath resort town of Dinard in Brittany – also called the Nice of the North. After a three year conversion, the Victorian villa built in 1865 is now presented with new glamour and an exclusive and contemporary interior design without losing its Breton charm. Natural colours such as blue, green, brown and crème define the picture and uniquely reflect the colours of the Côte d’Emeraude. The selection of the chairs matches this concept: in the reception area, the comfortable armchairs 233 P in black welcome the guests; in the restaurant, diners sit on the same model in white with beige upholstery, enjoying the view of the Baie du Prieuré and the star chef’s excellent cuisine using local products. In the guest rooms, model 404 and 404 F in olive green and brown, designed by Stefan Dietz, offers plenty of seating comfort. In the seminar room, a custom-tailored boat-shaped meeting table with integrated media technology along with 14 cantilever chairs S 64 P with warm grey lacquered tubular steel frames and brown leather covers perfectly round off the maritime ambiance.  

IT - Dall’estate 2015 circa 80 sedie e poltrone Thonet arredano il nuovo Hotel Castelbrac a Dinard, storica cittadina balneare della Bretagna, nota anche come “Nizza del Nord”. Costruita nel 1865 in stile vittoriano, la villa si presenta ora splendidamente rinnovata dopo tre anni di lavori di ristrutturazione. Gli ospiti del lussuoso albergo a cinque stelle trovano qui un ambiente allestito in modo esclusivo e contemporaneo, pervaso di charme bretone. Le tonalità blu, verde, marrone e crema che caratterizzano gli interni riflettono i colori naturali della Costa di Smeraldo. I mobili di Thonet si inseriscono armoniosamente negli interni dell’albergo: alla reception gli ospiti possono accomodarsi sulle sedie con braccioli 233 P nella variante nera; al ristorante si può godere dello splendido panorama sulla Baie du Prieuré e dell’eccellente cucina a base di prodotti locali preparati dallo chef stellato, stando comodamente seduti sulla sedia 233 P bianca, dotata di imbottitura beige. Nelle camere spiccano, con le loro tonalità verde oliva e marrone, le confortevoli sedie 404 e 404 F create da Stefan Diez. In perfetto stile marino sono anche gli arredi della sala seminari al piano superiore nella quale sono collocati il tavolo da conferenza a forma di barca, realizzato su misura da Thonet e dotato di tecnologia multimediale integrata, assieme a 14 sedie cantilever S 64 P coordinate, in tubolare d’acciaio laccato grigio caldo, rivestite di cuoio marrone.
