House for a young family

    The clients are a young married couple, who prefer cutting-edge solutions and I think, significantly, they were redeemed by large low sills,  terraces around the house and an outdoor swimming pool, allowing  to enjoy life in the county  at full breath.

    The effect of the presence of nature the designer exasperated  by an open-plan. He actually gave up on the doors (at least in the piano nobile of the first floor), allowed the premises to  by-pass easily into each other. Besides that, he widely used the glass (for partition-walls, stairs balustrading), mirrors, glossy surfaces, visually expanding the boundaries of  space. In general, he eliminated barriers to light and air, where it was possible. The second – private –  floor, on the contrary, is planned in such a way that each part could perform well sustainable and free. He divided it into three parts, each of which has a bedroom, bathroom and its own clothes room. There is in the house  a separate wing for housekeepers - with its own entrance and necessary rooms.     

    Fashionable ecological aesthetics of interior was a logical continuation of the architectural basis. From designer’s perspective, empty, utterly laconic, minimalist interiors became the  things of the past. People want warmth and comfort. That is why it was counted on the naturality, functionality and environmental friendliness. Preference is given exceptionally to  natural materials: marble, granite, ceramic tiles, close to the natural texture of stone, textiles from cotton and linen, glass and metal. The color scale is also as close as possible to the natural colors of autumn , shades.
