The project provides the demolition of the ex Municipal Theater of Florence, constructed in XIX century, and the realization of a brand new building with a different end use. It will be mainly used for private residences and hotel accommodations, and it will be balanced with the urban pattern with a contemporary language and a with a distribution of internal and external spaces so as to appraise the views of historical heritages and the Arno river with its world famous bridges. It will be realized a tower for the hotel with the highest panoramic terrace in Florence downtown.
