Berenblum Busch Architecture (BBA) designed the new offices and maintenance building for Seaboard Marine at the Port of Miami. The 16,600 square-foot project will be completed in 2016. Seaboard Marine’s new steel fabricated building will provide a much needed upgrade to company’s current facility. The offices will include parking for up to 200 vehicles, maintenance warehouse for trucks, management offices at the port, and parts storage facility.
