The social center of AMANECER, is part of a government program, involving strategic sectors of the city, where the image of Barrio is in decline.
The project is developed with the community, establishing new patterns for social facilities in the city of Temuco, where color, geometry, characterize the territories without being invasivos.Por Moreover new uses, entrepreneurship in the area have changed the operation of these new facilities, which must meet labor and technological needs.
With regard to its location, it is set to the site based on two areas of congregation, MASSIVE AND GRADUATED, articulated through courtyards that allow multi ventilate and illuminate the largest space is set back from the street, away from the noise of the vehicles.
