Two different accesses are projected. Given the convenience of locating each access next to the areas it serves, one is placed on one of the two streets in such a way it establishes an axis which communicates both of them, in an interior alley kind of way, from which access to all of the building's premises is granted.
This interior street is a broken axis that divides the center in two at the same time. South of the axis in a foreseen contact with the possible buildings in the adjacent plot of land, all the service premises are located in such a manner a continuous faÇade is generated. Given the fact that the programme needs the whole plot of land's width, there are no setbacks in this case, so the faÇade in this area is completely blind and it catches light through patios.
The health center's representative area is designed North of the axis. The volumes, which present different sections, generate rythmn towards Colombia St. faÇade. The rooms harboured in this area are typical to the health center, meaning consultation rooms, treatment zones, etc.
The building relates to both streets through low elevations with various textures and aligned with the sidewalk, save for the accesses, where small spaces are generated (a triangular plaza for the main access and a courtyard for the ER service).
