This project consists on the construction of an apartment, business premises and parking lot building in the centre of Irun.
This was a true architectonic and technical challenge due to its position among 3 streets with very different heights and urban demands. There was also a need to make a connection to an existing underground vehicle path under Francia avenue. The urge to achieve the biggest commercial surface was a main goal in this assignment too.
This was not a promotion made by our studio, but Project Management labours as well as trade hirings were undertaken.
