An appartment of 1985 in Pikermi is renovated to function as a short-term stay home for a family living abroad.

Space is organized in two levels and a white metal library acts as a filter to create interesting viewings. Wide openings allow open space to enter the appartment offering residents the opportunity to enjoy Greek sun that they miss during their long-term stay abroad.

Decoration is minimal and the space is occupied only by the fewest possible furniture to highlight the role of a holiday residence. White shades highlight a space full of light, open to communication: a proof of the less-is-more value in architecture.
