IT- Un innovativo concept di retail, in uno storico palazzo al centro di Lugano. Tre piani interamente dedicati al benessere ed alla cura del corpo, che unisce un centro estetico, una parrucchieria per donna, un salone da uomo, uno spazio destinato alla vendita, un’area caffetteria-ristorazione.
Il progetto di Ruadelpapavero unisce in un unico spazio cinque mondi tradizionalmente indipendenti, creando uno spazio polifunzionale in cui ogni ambiente ha le proprie specificità tecniche, un’identità propria e allo stesso tempo un equilibrio armonico con il progetto d’insieme. Tutti gli interni sono stati realizzati da TM Italia, che ha saputo adattare e personalizzare le soluzioni tecniche ad ogni singolo ambiente, realizzando con qualità e meticolosa cura del dettaglio gli arredi per tutti e tre i piani del concept store.

Caffetteria. Dalle ampie vetrine sotto al loggiato si accede direttamente nell’area caffetteria. Quì TM Italia ha realizzato tutto il mobile bancone, con boiserie a rilievo in laccato bianco opaco e vetrinette espositive in cristallo. La grande colonna cilindrica all’ingresso è stata allestita con quattro nicchie trapeziodali relizzate su misura e dotate di illuminazione a led integrata a scomparsa. La cornice esterna è realizzata in laccato bianco opaco ed i ripiani interni in cristallo temperato trasparente. Anche tutte le tamponature, intercapedini, volumi tecnici e porte sono realizzati su misura da TM Italia.

Reception. Adiacente alla caffettria è stato collocato il bancone di accoglienza dei clienti: un mobile isola costituito da una intersezione di volumi: una base trasversale in ecomalta su concept T45 Evo, dotata di vani di contenimento con accesso laterale ed apertura push-and-pull; un grande volume centrale sospeso in corian; un terzo volume in metallo che funge da base. L’interno del banco è allestito con cassetti e vani di contenimento, che integrano tutte le connessioni elettriche e telefoniche. Completa la composizione un mobile con ruote realizzato su concept T45 e rifinito con laccatura bianca opaca.

Boutique. La reception è immersa nello spazio espositivo di oggetti per la cura della persona, che spaziano in differenti settori merceologici e sono stati accuratamente selezionati. L’area è visibile anche dall’esterno attraverso le grandi vetrine sotto al loggiato e funge pertanto da visual display. In quest’area sono stati realizzati tutti gli espositori:
- 3 mobili contenitori esagonali con tre livelli di cassetti sospesi su una struttura in acciaio e rifiniti in ecomalta, laccato antracite, laccato bianco. Sul top è collocato un piano in vetro che consente l’esposizione dei prodotti al primo ripiano, con accesso attraverso antine a
ribalta;
- 10 mobili a base quadrata realizzati in struttura metallica e allestiti con cassetti, ripiani a vista o teche in plexiglass;
- 6 cubi realizzati in laccato antracite, sospesi all’interno della vetrina attraverso ganci metallici dal soffitto.

Sulla grande colonna strutturale accanto al banco reception, sono state allestite tre mensole sospese in laccato opaco antracite scuro dotate di illuminazione Led integrata diffusa attraverso le coperture in plexiglas. Tutto il basamento della vetrina e tutte le tamponature sono realizzate su misura da TM Italia. Completano l’allestimento le grandi quinte scorrevoli a piena altezza realizzate in tubolare metallico e collocate in vetrina su binario.

Nell’area boutique sono posizionate tutte le pareti verticali che congiungono otticamente al soppalco sovrastante:
- due grandi superfici in metallo incise a laser con pattern personalizzato
- una grande struttura in tubolare e rete metallica, che integra nicchie in laccato bianco e cristallo retroilluminato per l’esposizione dei prodotti
Entrambe le strutture sono realizzate a piena altezza e si integrano con la struttura di travi a vista del soppalco.

Barberia. Sotto al soppalco, accanto alla reception, è collocato lo spazio barberia. L’arredo tecnico che allestisce tutta la parete con le 4 postazioni è costituito da mobili che integrano gli elementi funzionali (lavabi, contenitori e cassetti), specchi scorrevoli che danno accesso ai vani tecnici, vetrine espositive con illuminazione led integrata. Le strutture sono rifinite in laccato antracite opaco e le divisioni interne in cristallo. Sulla parete retrostante sono state realizzate tre nicchie verticali incastonate, costituite da cornice in laccato bianco, ripiani interni in cristallo, fondo a specchio e illuminazione integrata. Sulla stessa parete è stata realizzata una grande nicchia quadrata con funzione di panca per l’attesa, realizzata con le stesse caratteristiche tecniche. Completano l’allestimento le tamponature, pannellature su misura e mobilio tecnico di servizio.

Parrucchieria. La parrucchieria donna è collocata sul soppalco al di sopra della barberia e si compone di 5 postazioni di taglio-acconciatura e 5 postazioni di lavaggio. Ogni singola postazione di taglio è allestita con un grande specchio retroilluminato con led incastonati all’interno della struttura portante in legno. La luce si diffonde sia lateralmente, sullo spessore della struttura in legno, siaa frontalmente, attraverso apposite incisioni realizzate su ogni singolo specchio. La struttura integra anche trasformatori, collegamenti e tutta la componentistica necessaria al funzionamento. Davanti agli specchi sono stati realizzati dei mobili in struttura metallica saldata, top in vetro satinato e allestiti con ganci per il collocamento degli strumenti di lavoro.

La zona lavaggio è invece allestita con una armadiatura angolare a incasso, realizzata interamente su misura e composta da colonne, basi e pensili. Il concept stilistico di riferimento è il D90, con finitura laminata bianca opaca su tutte le ante. All’interno sono allestiti con ripiani in cristallo. Tra basi e pensili si ricava una grande nicchia operativa, rivestita in laminato nero (particolarmente resistente agli agenti chimici utilizzati per le tinture) e dotati di fori con accesso diretto ai cestoni portabiancheria con cui sono allestite le basi.

Manicure. Collocata sul soppalco al di sopra della caffetteria, è allestita con 4 postazioni ed un’area tecnica.
Le postazioni sono disposte simmetricamente intorno ad un tavolo operativo in laminato nero, che integra specchiere autoportanti a sbalzo sul piano.
L’area tecnica è composta da un tavolo operativo in laminato, allestito con cassettiere funzionali, mensole e sistema di aspirazione, specchiera.

Nei vari collegamenti dell’area soppalco, completano l’allestimento i mobili tecnici realizzati su misura intorno alle colonne, mobili bassi per l’esposizione dei prodotti, pareti in struttura metallica con nicchie in laccato bianco e cristallo, pannellature e tamponature realizzate su misura.

EN - An innovative concept of retail in a historic building in the centre of Lugano. Three floors dedicated to the wellness and body care, combining a beauty centre, ladies’ hairdresser, men’s salon, sales area and café-restaurant area.

The Ruadelpapavero project combines five traditionally independent sectors in a single space, creating a multifunctional space in which each environment has its own specific techniques, its own identity and yet, at the same time, a harmonious balance with the overall design project.
All the interiors were created by TM Italia, which was able to adapt and customise the technical solutions for each single environment, creating quality furnishings for all three floors of the concept store with meticulous attention to detail.

Coffeehouse. The coffehouse is accessed directly from the large windows under the portico. TM Italia built the whole counter cabinet, featuring matt white lacquered wood relief panelling and plate glass display units.
The large cylindrical column at the entrance has been fitted with four custom-made trapezoidal niches equipped with concealed integrated LED lighting. The outer frame has a matt white lacquered finish and the shelving is made of transparent tempered glass.
All the cladding, cavity walls, plant rooms and doors are custom-made by TM Italy.

Reception. The customer reception counter is located next to the coffeehouse: it is an island consisting of intersecting sections:
a concept T45 Evo transversal base made of eco-cement, fitted with storage compartments with side access and push-and-pull openings;
a large suspended Corian central section
a third section made out of metal that acts as a base.
The interior of the counter is fitted with drawers and storage compartments, which integrate all the electrical and telephone connections.
The composition also includes a concept T45 cabinet with wheels in a matt white lacquered finish.

Boutique. The reception is situated in the display area dedicated to carefully selected personal care products from different sectors of the industry.
The area can also be seen from the outside through the large windows under the portico and acts as a visual display. All the display units were built for this area:
- 3 hexagonal cabinets with three levels of drawers suspended on a steel frame and finished in eco-cement, lacquered anthracite and lacquered white. It has a glass top which allows products on the first shelf to be displayed and access is through folding-doors;
- 10 squared-based cabinets with metal frames complete with drawers, open shelving or plexiglass display cases;
- 6 cubes finished in lacquered anthracite, suspended inside the display cabinet using metal hooks hung from the ceiling.
The large structural column next to the reception counter has three suspended shelves in lacquered matt dark anthracite with integrated LED lighting diffused through plexiglass covers. The whole base of the display cabinet and all the seals are custom-made by TM Italia.
The fittings also include large full-height doors made of metal tubing mounted on tracks in the display cabinet.
The boutique area houses all the vertical walls that provide a visual link to the mezzanine floor above:
- two large custom pattern laser engraved metal surfaces
- a large tubular and wire mesh structure with backlit glass and white lacquered niches for displaying products
Both structures are full-height and are integrated with the mezzanine’s structure of exposed beams.

Barber shop. The barber area is located under the mezzanine, next to the reception.
The technical fittings the length of the wall with the 4 salon chairs consists of furnishings that house the functional elements (sinks, cabinets and drawers), sliding mirrors that provide access to the technical spaces, display cabinets with integrated LED lighting.
The structures are finished in lacquered matt anthracite and the internal divisions are made of glass.
There are three embedded vertical niches in the back wall which are made using white lacquered frames, internal glass shelving, mirrored back and integrated lighting.
There is a large square niche in the same wall that acts as a waiting bench and is made using the same technical characteristics.
The fittings include cladding, custom panelling and technical service furnishings.

Hairdresser. The ladies’ hairdresser is located on the mezzanine floor above the barber shop and has 5 hair cutting/styling salon chairs and 5 hair washing salon chairs.
Each cutting chair area is fitted with a large, backlit mirror with LEDs embedded inside the wooden frame.
The light is diffused both sideways, along the thickness of the wooden frame, and frontally, through special etchings on each mirror.
The structure also houses transformers, connections and all the components necessary for the job.
There is welded metal frame furniture in front of the mirrors and a frosted glass top fitted with hooks for hanging the tools of the trade.
The washing area is fitted with custom built-in corner cupboards and consists of columns, base and wall units.
The stylistic reference is based on concept D90, with matt white laminate finishes on all doors. They all have glass shelving inside.
Between the base and wall units are large work niches in black laminate (particularly resistant to chemicals used for dyes) with holes for direct access to the linen baskets contained in the base units.

Manicure. Located on the mezzanine floor above the coffeehouse, it is fitted with 4 chairs and a technical area.
The chairs are arranged symmetrically around a black laminate worktable with freestanding cantilever mirrors on the worktop.
The technical area consists of a laminate worktable fitted with functional drawers, shelving, a suction system and a mirror.
Among the various links in the mezzanine area, the fittings include custom technical furnishings around the columns, base units for displaying products, metal wall structures with white lacquered and glass niches, as well as custom panelling and cladding.

Wellness. The basement houses offices, technical premises, the four wellness centre rooms, a lounge with manicure area and the rest rooms.
The lounge is fitted with a large, full-height, angular display wall built with a tubular metal structure, lacquered gloss white with light grey lacquered shelves. The entire back wall is made of backlit frosted laminated glass. An island with three drawers and bridge-like tops provides two areas for manicures. The drawers are based on concept T45. The whole island is lacquered matt white.
The lounge fittings include a movable circular padded and upholstered unit with two seats which also house compartments for displaying products.
The operating rooms in the wellness area are fitted with massage beds, suspended sink base units (concept T45), mirrors, vertical wall-mounted units with open glass shelving or D90 push-and-pull doors. All the furnishings are made of light grey laminate. Two of the rooms also have showers. The fittings include glass shelving in the architectural niches, custom cladding and panelling, wooden doors with retractable opening mechanisms and clear class doors.

The common rest room areas are fitted with mirrors, suspended sink units and base units.
