When we started to work this North American franchise we received a manual with the image to be applied. By reviewing the standard proposed, we considered that it was not convenient to use this format locally, considering the level of competence that existed in this category of fast food. Therefore, we proposed a whole new image according to the levels currently existing in our surroundings in such a way that this format can count with a better image within an ultra competitive category.
