Lineal House | Metropolis Oficina de Arquitectura

Proposal for reduction of the impact of the construction in a lot having a wide green area. In order to achieve this, an underground level patio is created, in such a way that the most used sector of
the house remains at land level and the service areas and secondary rooms are located under same. The entire house is worked with a lineal and transparent treatment facing the green areas to strengthen horizontality of the complex and without losing the hierarchy that must exist between the different environments or losing illumination and the privacy of the social areas.
